Arobit Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, reputation management, lead generation and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each client engagement are set out in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Arobit Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their Service Agreement. Arobit Digital retains the right to use client work in portfolio and case study materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arobit Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
While we apply best practices and expertise to every engagement, Arobit Digital cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions and competitor activity.
Our services involve working with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, pricing or functionality that may affect campaign performance.
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the relevant Service Agreement. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
